The basic rules for using this website and buying from Phosel.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and avoid interfering with its security, availability, payment process, or other visitors. Website content may change as our products and services develop.
Prices and product descriptions shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payments are processed by Paystack. An order is complete only after Paystack confirms a successful payment. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and return the amount paid.
Unless a product page says otherwise, buying a digital product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy for others, or claim the product as your own work.
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a service contract. Project scope, fees, timeline, revisions, ownership, cancellation terms, and payment stages will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
Phosel owns the website design, copy, brand assets, and original products unless stated otherwise. Client ownership of commissioned work is governed by the written agreement for that project.
We work to keep the site and purchased files available, but temporary interruptions can happen. If a paid download fails, contact us with your payment reference and we will help restore access. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
