What we collect, why we need it, and the choices you have.

Phosel Digital Concepts creates digital products and provides creative and technology services. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to info@phoselconcepts.com.
We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, email address, business details, project brief, contact message, and newsletter address. When you buy a product, Paystack processes your payment and sends us transaction details such as the payment reference, amount, status, and customer email. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Our website and hosting provider may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and error logs for security and maintenance.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess project briefs, deliver purchases, send requested emails, provide support, keep transaction records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We use Paystack for payments, Brevo for transactional email, and Calendly for call scheduling. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. External website features, including the Calendly booking widget, may use cookies or similar browser storage.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, support, security, record-keeping, or legal obligations. Delivery records may be retained so we can confirm that a paid product was sent and help with later access problems.
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where the law or a completed transaction requires it. Send requests to info@phoselconcepts.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. We may update this policy when our website, providers, or obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision.
